The warp beam is driven by a frequency-converted motor at a constant linear speed to get a constant winding tension in yarn sheet.

Press roller and pressing mode

The cantilever type indirect pressing against warp beam avoids jumping caused by direct pressing. And yarn is evenly built up on the beam. The press roller is lifted by a single cylinder. When the machine stops, it retreats automatically to avoid yarn’s wearing.

Electric unit and key components

The PLC controller made by Siemens is selected. Other major components, such as converter, touching screen, coder, low-voltage electrical units in electric system are selected from international reputed brands

Warped length counting

   Employing double counting scheme of warp beam and the guide roller, the error is controlled within 0.02%, waste yarn is greatly relieved.

Winding density control

    There are two schemes. For the first, control damping pressure to control winding density, the pressing force against the yarn is 150N-6000N adjustable (for GA126A). For the second, a special guide roller is controlled by PLC. According to a preset density, automatically control yarn’s feeding amount, featuring advanced and precise, and the winding density is up to 0.3-0.6/cm3, completely meets loose warping needs( for GA126C).

Warping speed control

    According to the set speed and measured one, PLC automatically control the inverter’s frequency to realize a constant linear speed winding. Because of adoption of complete digital control (setting, measuring and controlling), a high constant precision is obtained.

Tension control

   The yarn’s single-end tension is controlled by a tensor in creel. For GA126B warper, a special tension regulating roller and measuring device are equipped. According to the preset value, the yarn sheet tension is automatically kept constant.

Braking

 The warp beam is braked by clamping type brakes, the press roller by a inner expanding type brake, the guide roller by a magnetic brake. The three are synchronously braked.

Warp beam clamping and releasing

     A motor drives the clamping mechanism. The both sides’ joints are absolutely kept synchronous. The joints may be in tooth type or pin type. The beam’s hoisting and lowering actions may be completed by both pneumatic cylinders according to a user’s needs.

Expansion comb

The W-shaped precise expansion comb has the functions of transverse alignment and reeds’ density adjustment, and swings up and down, avoiding wearing in stationary points. an intermissive type blowing device is equipped to keep reeds clean and to reduce yarn breaking.

Windshield

     The windshield’s position is automatically regulated according to the machine’s running state. When the machine runs, the windshield shield fast-moving air stream and fly. When the machine runs, it automatically goes down.

Operation interface

   An introduced big touching screen, in which there are many kinds of operational languages to select from, on which the technological parameter, warped length, warping speed, winding density, tension, output, broken ends, efficiency, etc running data can directly be set and displayed. When the machine goes into trouble, the causes and fixing methods are displayed.

Safety device

    The machine is equipped with safety rod and many other protection devices, and the operator’s life safety is fully ensured.

Creel

    There are many kinds of creels, including space and number of cones, tensors, etc, available for users’ selection. The infrared stop motion is equipped.
